General registration questions

TBLC believes that players are strongest when they participate in a number of sports and our club aims to accommodate tryouts for lacrosse with this in mind.

Based on parental feedback, for tryouts (Field rep, Box rep) we will ensure there are a minimum of fourseparate tryouts, scheduled on different days and times, in an effort to accommodate everyone’s busy schedules.

Normally only the players that pre-register and attend a minimum of one of these tryouts will be eligible for a position on any of the “1” teams that will be selected for the coming season in each age division. However, TBLC may additionally hold a very small number of 1 team spots vacant after the scheduled tryouts. In this case the club will host one supplemental tryout (date to be determined) closer to the start of the season to fill any remaining spots on the 1 team roster.

If a player does not attend any of the posted tryouts or the one last-minute tryout, then that player will not be eligible for a position on a 1 team.

This policy is designed to enable families to plan for tryouts well in advance, and to allow our club’s families and Beaches Lacrosse volunteers to better manage their time.

Toronto Beaches Lacrosse Club (TBLC) is a member club of the Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA). By
registering for any TBLC program every member of TBLC agrees to abide by the following Code of Conduct.

5. An administrative fee will be charged on approved refunds. The amount of set fees will be set annually by TBLC.
6. The final amount of any refund is at TBLC’s discretion or in special or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the TBLC President.
