On May 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of approved the following criteria for inductees as a Builder:

1. The nominee is not a current member of TBLC.

2. The nominee’s volunteerism has exhibited years of sustained strong devotion and a transformative effect to benefit TBLC.

3. The Board inducts a nominee by way of adopted resolution, and the inductee is formally welcomed at the Annual General Meeting.

4. No more than three inductees per calendar year.
